$700 for first time build help

i have no idea what to get. i need a new computer because my computer is over 6 years old now. i want to be able to play wow fast and cs and be able to play newer games when they come out. Also i like to mess around with photoshop. Please and help would be great i have $700 but i could play with it a little bit.

The total that I came up with before shipping(depends on where you live)-is $659.48-There are cheaper power supplies out there too.
