I have $700 to spend, and I'm perfectly okay buying a Used Laptop off eBay! I actually prefer to, because $700 towards a used, 1-2 year old Laptop will usually get me a more powerful device than a brand new Laptop that costs $700 today NEW.
So.. what are some old Laptops that are still pretty powerful, with good battery life? I know they're out there! Samsung Series 7,9. Acer Aspire S7, Asus Zenbook models.. but if you were in my position:
No laptop.
Powerful Desktop.
I like to game, but I'm fine with casual gaming on a laptop. That's why I gave a desktop.
Going to College next year
Want something sleek, sexy, and with decent power.
I'm not expecting to be able to run new Games on High graphics, but games such as WoW or Hearthstone, I would like to see them at least playable.
Anything pop into your mind after reading all this? I'll take a look at ANY suggestions.. thanks!
