7600GS Amperage?

Anyone have any idea how high the amperage should be for a 7600GS on a 12V PCI-E rail?

I was running one 7600GS on one of my two rails and it worked fine, but now that I have two 7600GS's weird things are happening.

EDIT: Question no longer needs answering. If possible I need information on removing dust from my graphics card without damaging it.

As for cleaning dust off the card, compressed air works fairly well. If you don't have any lying around you can take the card out of its slot and use a dustcloth on the heatsink and fan blades.
