7800GT s-video in, how to activate!!

i just bought a 7800GT and found out it has s-video in. I dont know how to actiavate it though, can someone plz tell me how?

i downlaoded and installed the driver, it deosn't work, it deosn't seem like it installed anything and it says that its not labeled by mircrosoft so its not safe or whatever (downlaoded form nvidia site)

what do i do?
