I have been having serious problems trying to upgrade my graphics drivers. I have tried multiple times to try install the newest forceware for vista 32bit and when my computer starts I get a screen with crazy green and brown lines. I have tried rolling them back, I have tried using driver sweeper and also restoring my computer. I'm trying to update my drivers because oblivion and bioshock will not work, I get the same crazy green and brown lines. Does anyone have any suggestions?
 
Make sure your graphics card is seated correctly and the settings in BIOS are correct, try switching from one output to the other, try different resolutions, etc. Report back.
 
the card is seated correctly and I have also tried different outputs. Changing the resolution also does nothing. Exactly what do you mean by making sure my bios settings are correct, how would I do this?
