What can a 7950 gtx do that one 7900 gtx cant do

In order to get the best performance what monitor and what cables should i use with the 7950 gtx?

Could i get HDTV on the monitor?

Will the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814127212 and this monitor http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824001225? work out well?

And is MSI a good graphic card company?IS there a better one?
