7950 single dvi port question

the 7950 im currently interested in has only one dvi port, hdmi and two display port inputs. im currently running two dvi only monitors, if i bought a dvi to hdmi adapter for the second monitor would it work in the hdmi slot?

Yes it will(I'm pretty sure you meant HDMI to DVI lol).

the gigabyte card i linked has unlocked voltage (im a big overclocker) unfortunately sapphire has locked most of the voltages on their cards now. which is why im left in this position.
