spirit Moderator Staff member Nov 15, 2012 #2 If the 7970 is only a little more, I'd get it. If it's quite a lot more, I'd stick to a 7950. There isn't a massive performance increase and you could overclock a 7950 to 7970 spec and get the same performance.

spirit Moderator Staff member Nov 15, 2012 #4 Hey I'm in the UK too - assuming you're in the UK? Yeah I'd save yourself £100 and go for a 7950.

spirit Moderator Staff member Nov 15, 2012 #8 Yeah, very close to Norwich. About 10 miles away from it.
