8 monitor array plz Help

In my engineering Tech class at my vocational school i came up with the idea to array 8 monitors to become one huge monitor. i know how to do it with 4 monitors but im not sure how to get the other 4 to array with the other 4 so its all one huge desktop screen! We are about to build a $6,000 - $7,000 dollar computer to power these 8 monitors and all it only has enough room for 2 video cards... in which has 2 DVI ports on the back of each... and i have 8 monitors im arraying if you have any info on how i may go about doing this please email me or post back or private msg me ASAP!

this may be out of subject by a tiny bit, but im interested in doing it on four monitors myself..would you be so kind to explain how to actualy do this? thx
 
tdeath101 ill get back with you on that once i get back to school ill have to kinda refresh me memory on how to exactly to do so and idk im not the greatest at explaining it but i know it will take 2 video cards with 2 ports on each if nething. or at least i know how to do it that way! but ill get back with you on how exactly to do it with 4 monitors hopefully by tomorrow!
 
It is impossible for two 8800GTX's to handle 8 monitors. Each 8800gtx can only handle 2. The easiest way of hooking 8 monitors is to buy 4 graphics cards. PCI and PCI express X1 cards will be perfect for your project.
 
We have no room or PCI slots left on the motherboard so... yeah thats kinda hard to go with and also I think us few that are gonna be building it are just stickin with the 4 monitor Array for this project at least!
