Question guys i have a Asus P4533 mobo and it has a 845gl northbridge, and an IHC4 south bridge from an HP 505w. now the issue is the HP site says that the board only allows a 400MHZ FSB P4 or Celeron. The intel site says that is supports a 400Mhz fsb cpu, but the ASUS website says that the P4533 mobo supports up to a 533fsb cpu, and that they have verified it. I want to upgrade but if the 533mhz is going to damage it i dont want to do it.Its a 478 Socket Mobo by the way Thx

It wont damage it, at the very worst the CPU will run at 100MHz QDR instead of 133MHz QDR
