8500GT and Code 43 Error

I just bought a prebuilt tower from cyberpower pc. It has the 8500gt 512mb, but there seems to be a problem. When I look at the device manager it says there is a Code 43 error.

I have updated the drivers and still no luck. If anyone can shine some light on my situation that would be much appreciated! First time using Vista, can't say I am thrilled with it atm.
 
No suggestions?

I still have not figured out anything, I have tried numerous drivers and nothing works. Heh, I can't even play WoW, keeps saying "Failure to find a suitable display device."

System spec's:

Motherboard: Gigabyte EG31M-S2
CPU: Intel E8400
Ram: 2GB
OS: Vista 32bit
Graphics Card: GeForce 8500GT 512MB PCI-E

I'm completely lost so any help is appreciated.
