I would go at least 750W for an SLI setup, especially if you plan to upgrade to higher end cards later on.

Rosewill has a great 750W PSU, and unfortunately, Newegg removed the OCZ 700W's rebate... thus making it back to $134.99... So I'd go for the Rosewill 750W for now. It has more wattage and more amps
