8800 gts g92

Okay so long story short, moved to europe.. left my computer at home... thinking about building a new one

Okay so I was planning on getting an 8800 GTX or GTS but I saw these new cards 9800 and the new ati cards.. Ive been out of the computer loop for a while since I cant use newegg anymore

are the 88´s better? or is it not even worth upgrading from 7950 gtx?

the 7950 GTX is a VERY good card. If I were you stick with the card, but if you want to upgrade go with a ATI Radeon HD 4850, 4870, or 4870x2.

yeah, the 7950gtx is pretty outdated. if your going to get a new card go for ati 4850 or an nvidia 9800gtx+. theyre both about the same price and perform about the same and are about the best card for the money in the $200 range. If you have more go for the ati 4870 which is the best card for the money out right now.

Thanks Guys, I read somewhere that those cards cant handle crysis at maximum settings displaying 1080p
