Hello,

i was looking on Everest Ultimate about my GPU and noticed that its overclocked by a few measly mhz....why is it overclocked a bit?

my card according to asus should be overclocked by 10% and the engine clock to 700Mhz but its not?

http://uk.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=2&l2=6&l3=442&l4=0&model=1938&modelmenu=2

thats my card above the TOP version BUT mine has the new copper heatsink (Glaciator cooler)

i havent overclocked it at all,so if asus overclocked it why is it so small of an overclock?

well that is wierd....Gpuz says

GPU CLOCK:600 mHZ
MEMORY:900Mhz
Shader :1500Mhz

This card should be overclocked but apparently its not  :D

Looks like it isn't OC'ed... Are you sure it's supposed to be?

You can allways just do it yourself :P

yeah im sure it is soppose to be overclocked lol, mines the ASUS GeForce EN8800GT TOP 512MB version

suppose i could OC it myself :D

i heard that some people got 700Mhz on the gpu clock,1000 on the mem and 2000 on the shader or something but that was not on my card so i dont know how far it would go.

i do have a realy good cooler on mine though.

Its all copper.

i dotn think it woth OC it yet though, theres just no need whatsoever because it plays anything i throw at it.

i was just wondering why it wasnt overclocked :D

yeah probably is,ahh well i dont care,im realy happy with this card because it runs very cool and like Kornowski said i could always OC it myself at a later date.

i have another question while on on the topic of my GT

I noticed theres quite a few Bios update for my Gfx card,is it any risk updating a gfx cards Bios? can it mess it up if anything goes wrong?

is it worth it you think?
