8800GTS 640mb VS 8800GT

I was thinking of selling my 8800GTS and getting the XFX 8800gt. Lets say if my cards sold for the same price that the 8800Gt regularly cost and i can buy the 8800Gt without losing money, should i do it or its not worth the trouble? And dose the Regular XFX 8800GT has a high potential for overclocking or not? I can overclock my stock gts from 500Mhz to 690 and memory 800 to 1040
