That Earthwatts will be just fine.
It wont, as this is a PSU that doesn't have EPS certification and is only ATX 2.0 standard which means that 12V1 (in this case) is dedicated to the CPU, leaving only 17A for the rest of the system, insufficient for a 8800GTS regardless of SLI certified, which simply means a "Minimum of 400-450W Power Supply with a minimum of +12V @ 22A for all PC components." while at the same time nvidia recommend 26A for this GPU.
At the very minimum I would get a 550W Corsair PSU, which is much better quality, and has a single rail that can deliver 100% of its rated capacity on the 12V rail.

It is also worth the extra $30 for multiple reasons (additional warranty, higher efficiency, single rail, 120mm ball bearing fan, MTBF at 40oC). All of these make it better than the Antec, but the main point is the Antec cannot do the job.
IF you can stretch to the $150 mark, I would recommend the 620W however, which will allow you great upgrade potential.
