does anybody know the release date of this card because when it comes out the 8800gtx will drop so i'd like to know when that is :)
 
I quickly checked around at The Inquirer, which usually has sketchy reports that arent any where near hard facts yet, and I couldnt find any articles that led to the 8900 series release dates yet.
 
i read in a computer magazine (dont remember which one) that it will definitely be here in time for the holidays, so im guessing november/december at the latest
 
lol, a link with someone saying in another forum that it came out yesterday, and the date is in may.
