8mm video cassette - Help needed

I just got a hold of some pretty old home movies, they are on 8mm video cassettes. As far as I know, the camera that used them is long gone, and we don't have any way to play them. I've searched the internet, and only found a few $500+ players. I just want to be able to view the videos, either on computer or TV, doesn't really matter.

Could somebody help find a player for me?

Why not look for an old camera, perhaps a Digital8 camera like I have. They record miniDV quality on 8mm tapes, plus they are backwards compatible with 8mm and Hi8 tapes.

You can go to a local photo shop and get them transfered on to a DVD.
I work at a Wal-Mart photo lab, and we have a service that does 8mm/Digital8/Hi8/MiniDV to DVD transfers for 19.96
