Bl00dFox New Member Jun 4, 2007 #1 I have a 945P-S3 MOBO and at the moment its working fine for me (I dont RAID or use DDR2-800). But one friend told me I cant run my E6600 on this board to its full potential. Is this true? What other benefits would I get upgrading to 965P? Thanks

This higher FSB will thence lead to better overclocking, apparently. However the Gigabyte boards appear to support the 1066MHz FSB anyway. Last edited: Jun 4, 2007

Bl00dFox New Member Jun 4, 2007 #3 So other than the overclocking benefits, is there any other reason to upgrade to 965P?
