9800 Pro 256mb best fan

Hey, I have a Sapphire 9800 Pro 256mb and I want to know what the best out of these 2 are:

Zalman VF700-Cu

or

Arctic Cooling ATI Silencer 3

They both come with RAM coolers, and the Silencer 3 has ceramic AND copper. The Zalman says it cools everything, including the RAM and GPU. The only reason I'm having a problem is because the Silencer just doesn't look like the fan pushes too much air, and I want to know what cools better.
 
They both are ok. The silencer fan looks small because of the black plate under it, but it has pretty big fins. Also the fans work different, the Zalman blows like a standard fan while the silencer fan pushes air out the sides
 
I'm more into the Zalman but google some reviews on both coolers, or let the price decide. I'm sure you'll be happy whatever way you go.
