Hey guys, im not sure what to go with. My first option would be the 9800gt , this is a great card and i hear the card is great for 19" monitors. Should i get that or save about 100 dollars and get a GTX+. Is it worth saving the dollars and getting the GTX? How much difference will there be? Any info will be great thanks guys!

The 9800GT is a good card, most are rebranded 8800GT. Dont know where you live but in the US you can get the 9800GTX+ for just about 40/50 more.

I had the same decision to make, I decided to go with the GTX in the end as it will hopefully last longer for me, and i like to run Dual-Monitors whilst playing games and watching programs on my PC etc... so I wanted something that I know would run everything easily.

The 9800GTX is a great card. runs all my games on full no probs - even with dual monitors running... though the resolutions are only 1440*900

The GTX+'s are fantastic. I had a 9800GT and then got a 9800GTX+ and the difference was mind blowing. It runs all of my games about 10-20 fps more and is quieter. I got two of them running in SLI and I love them!

Depending on how much more it is, go for the 9800GX, it'll last that little while longer.

It's also 55nm, over the 9800GT's 65nm. It has considerably higher clocks too.
