9800GT with this 430W PSU?

im looking at this XFX 9800GT

i have this PSU already and dont want to upgrade if i dont have to. will it run that 9800GT? it does have a 6 pin.

if not, are there any good cards that would run with my PSU?

18A is definitely on the low side, but i think it will work. i'm pretty sure the 9800GT uses about 8A under load.

That would not run an 9800GT. NVidia recommends 26A on the 12V rail. With that power supply, I would say you could run an 8600GT tops (in terms on NVidia, I don't know ATi requirements off the top of my head). You also have to consider the other components. The video card isn't the only thing that runs on the 12V rail.
