A background reminder program?

I'm looking for a program that will pop up at me to remind me to do things.

I'm very busy lately.

A free one would be nice, I can't seem to find a simple program like this on the net.

I guess I could code one, but I'd rather just download and use.

Thank you for the URL, I want a program that will remind me multiple times a day, that one does not.
