....please be gentle!
This is my system information, from the Windows Index.
And this is the information I have on my processor.
Am I right in thinking that to improve the speed my computer runs at, I need to upgrade my processor? My main worry is compatibility. The last thing I want, is to end up with a shiny new processor that is useless for me, as it won't work with my Motherboard/Graphics card etc. etc.
Admittedly, I'm not sure if these are even possibilities, but I would rather look a little silly by asking, than look very silly by not.
I am also hoping to upgrade my graphics package before long, but the processor is higher on my list of priorities.
I appreciate any help offered, thanks.
Steve
Edit; As an afterthought, is it possible than I'm simply not optimising my computer's performance? This would be most preferable to my ban balance!
