Does anyone know of a program that I can use to beep out language in video and audio files? It would make my life a lot easier.

I don't think there is anything commercially available specifically for this, however you should be able to do it with standard audio editing software. I never really mess with audio, but you should be able to Google something up.

Well I would just edit the audio files in a program like Audacity mentioned above ^^.


And for the video files you would need some video editing program.

 

[Verve]

Windows Movie Maker can do all what you say... just as long it'll import the file.

But go with Audacity for the audio, it is very good.
