A core 2 duo setup

Hey guys,i've just gotten some unexpected money,and i was wondering if anyone was up to configuring a C2D gaming system but the price in canadian...might be a little hard and i'm assuming it'll be costly,but i wanna see if i may be able to build one or not,my budget as of right now is $1600 canadian.

Look at the rig in my sig. it is around $1400USD with a $240 monitor 19" that you cut out and upgrade the ram/video card if needed.

i like it but in canada the prices aren't as nice as the ones on newegg which is why i was hoping someone could configure something using canadian sites etc.
