When you purchase a CPU from Newegg... let's say a 64 XP X2, does it include stock Headsink and Fan?.. Because a AM2 Heat & Fan cost $$$... and i don't want to spend money onthat now, I rather buy light and cool sound activated liges, and 80nm fans ...

As long as it's retail, it comes with the HS/f and some thermal paste. The only times the Proc doesn't is when it's listed as OEM. Only the chip is included in this circumstance.

OEM CPUs are the same as the retail ones, retail ones come with HSF, Manuals and sometimes manufacturer warranty and other nice stuff, while OEM is just the CPU itself.

Click the specifications tab scroll down to the bottom and it will say "Heatsink and Fan included:" then Yes if it is or No if it isn't.

Also just do some searching around, aftermarket doesn't have to be crazy expensive. Just because it looks awesome doesn't mean it cools awesome, imo look for something that is copper, I went with this on a budget and never have regretted it.

Works great, is cheap, has adjustable fan speed, 5 egg rating, you can't beat that!

And if thats still too much here's another thats even cheaper, a 4 egg rating, but the contact spot and heat pipes are copper, should probably work great.
