A decent mobo for q6600

does anyone know a cheap mobo thats decent for the q6600? im thinking i wanna pay around 90-120. this is my ram that i want to put in. 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5400). i dont know if this kind of ram can go on any ddr2 mobo. i also have a 8800 320mb GTS. thanks for the help
 
Thank you daisy. another question, do you know if the GA-P35-DS3L mobo supports the new 45nm chips? instead of the q6600 im thinking about getting the q9300
