a Disk read error.

I just bought a new PC. And i did format because i didnt like vista and now if i want to put a new windows it says A dist read error occured ...blaballab...
if i want to install xp after the restart. And if i want to install vista it throws that error again.It's like pain in the ass.

Sounds like your booting to the floppy or at least its trying to. You need it to boot to the CD/DVD. It can either be done in the bios or most boards at the bottom of the bios boot screen there will be a Boot to CD press--- key
 
after booting (blue screen) it needs restart to continue with install. But if it wants to continue it says Disk read error.
