OKay, so im thinking of upgrading my video card from a MSI fx5600 to something 100-200 dollars, i might push it A BIT. im mainly looking at the ddr3 varieties of the 6600GT, or a variety of the x700. I dont think i have pci express, but i looked at my MB and saw a blue (instead of the usual white) slot same size as a PCI, except it was facing the other way and set back a bit. First question is if that slot is a PCI express slot. My second question would be if it isnt an express, which of theese cards (which are in AGP) would last the longest before being considered outdated.

I think you should get a 6600gt or nvidia 6800 because of shader model 3.0 support along with FP32.

What slot is it? AGP? 6600 would be a good choice. Make sure your psu can handle it though.
