A Laptop Which Can Run GTA V?

Hello Computer Forum!
I have been struggling for weeks on end to try and find a laptop which I can use to play GTA V. Please can somebody help me find one? Please take into account the following details:

Here are my details:

Budget - £550 (max)
Games I Would Like To Play - GTA V and Fortnite
Framerate - 30 fps (or more) continuously - if the framerate ever goes under 30 fps when playing games the laptop will not be powerful enough for me.

Other than those points I have no requirements.

A 1050ti should be enough. Gonna have to find a good deal to get it at your budget though, but I've seen them at that price before.
