A little help..

So i got a new processor recently, but i forgot if the cpu is the component that you shouldnt touch because of static electricity or whatever. just a simple question..

i would say pretty much anything inside the computer shouldn't be touched without properly grounding yourself first by either touching the case or psu (something like that) or using a static wrist band
