Hello everyone Need your help again LOL

I have just purchased nero 6.6 enterprise edition, and I am trying to create a dvd with AVI files on my harddrive, and it is going to take 16 hours to complete,

So I am wondering if that is normal or do I have to do anything else, My DVD re-writer is an

Artic DVD+/- 16x record 4x re-write 16x read

If I do an exact copy of a dvd to dvd it takes about 16-20 mins

If the files are not in the right format for a playable dvd, they are converted with nero before burning. this is what takes the longest time, but 16 hours seems very excessive. What make/speed of processor do you have? This is the deciding factor when it comes to video encoding.

Cheers

Well its not my computer but I put the new dvd-rewriter
