does anyone know of a program that i can test the watts of my PSU an amps of my rails an stuff like that cos i want to be sure my PSU is working correctly.

im pritty sure you cant get them as a PSU doesn't have any sensors apart from a temp sensor. That PSU is more than enough to power your rig.

Besides a multimeter for testing the voltage output you would need a wattmeter placed inline between the supply and the load. Taking a look in the bios can also help to see that 12+v is displayed in the hardware monitor section.

ok im jus checking cos my comp keeps crashing at random times, there's no pattern. There's no viruses, cos i just formatted it to make sure of that.

EDIT: there is also no overclocking

That could be from a number of things like bad ram, hung video or sound driver, bad install of Windows(XP or Vista?), or anything else even an update going on bad. You would need to provide a little more information on just what is happening plus any error messages that come up.

I know! I already replied there. That would have been better started in the OS or general software section since the BSODs are software related.
