A Question about Dell Drivers

I have just cleaned installed my computer and installed all the drivers on my computer. It's running great.

The computer I have is a a Optiplex 3020. I go to the Dell website and downloaded 28 drivers for my computer.

http://www.dell.com/support/home/uk/en/ukdhs1/Products/

The problem is 28 different drivers. It has taken ages for me to install all 28.

Do you know which drivers are the most important so then next time I won't have to install so many Drivers?

The first time round when I lost my log in password word, the Dell technician only installed 8 or 10 driver's and it started to work. He also went into Device Manager and looked at the yellow triangles to see which Drivers were missing. It didn't take as long as when I did it myself.

My computer is 64bit if that helps. I'm not really computer literate.

Thanks :)

Thanks John :)

Here are the drivers and options they have:

Audio (1 file)
BIOS (1 file)
Change Management Software Development Kit (2 files)
Chipset (5 files)
Dell Data Protection (1 file)
Modem/Communications (3 files)
Network (4 files)
Serial ATA (2 files)
Systems Management (6 files)
Video (3 files)

Which one's would you recommend me to install? and why?

They don't seem to have Lan, wireless or card reader

There are 5 chipset files. Do I just download 1 or all 5 of them.

Below is an other post with a better break down

Thank you ;)

Your machine doesn't have a card reader. LAN and Wireless are found under the Network category.

Just install the drivers that your machine has.

Audio
Network
Video
Chipset

Don't need much more than that.

And also USB 3.0 driver. All those others are basically programs/bloatware not drivers.

One last question. I notice there are 5 drivers for Chipset. Do I install all 5 of them or just 1 chipset.

Thank you.

The only ones for your machine you need to install are

Intel 8 Series Chipset Device Software Driver
Intel USB3.0 xHCI Driver
Intel(R) Management Engine Components Installer
