A question about the latest BIOS for the Asus M4A79XTD EVO

It says "Fix the issue that system may hang during POST when using certain graphic card". I'm not sure what it means and what "POST" is but sometimes when I'm gaming the system kinda freezes for a couple of seconds then goes back to normal. Is it what this fix is all about ?
 
That means then when you turn the computer on with a certain graphics card, it would habg for a while, but that update it won't.

POST stands for Power On Self Test
