I have the Vista 64bit yet when I right-click on the desktop, then I press personalize, display settings. On the colours section it says 32bit is my highest although I have a 64bit OS. Is that right?

64bit os is not going to change anything for that. The video will only go that high.

yeah it is the difference in colour... so change it to 64 bit because it has better quality.

LOL you misread!! Vid graphics only go to 32bit and not 64bit even if you have a 64bit OS.
