Can you guys please verify that these parts are compatible? I just don't want to make any costly mistakes.

Thanks :)

All the parts look compatible. Do you have a Windows installation disk? May I may some suggestions?

Save yourself some money and get 4 gigabytes of RAM instead of 8.

G.SKILL 4 gigabytes (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) RAM - $43

Get an extra hard drive to backup data with. This hard disk drive has fast read and write speeds:

SAMSUNG Spinpoint F4 HD322GJ/U 320 gigabyte 7200 RPM SATA 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - $43

A couple thoughts.

Same thing only different. Twice the cashe, Sata 6.0, and $5 less (note promo date). The Sata 6 speed wouldn't be utilized on a HDD, but if the MB is set to 6 for compatiblitiy for something like say, an SSD upgrade at some point, then the HDD could be in the same compatability mode. And 6.0 is backwards compatible with 3.0 if it's ran in that mode.
Western Digital Caviar Black WD6402AAEX 640GB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Since the MB's second x16 pci slot runs at x4 (with 2 vc's) Your plan may be 1 vc at a time. If so, 650w may be a bit much depending on a future upgrades and what vc card it would be upgraded too. Less watts may mean better efficiency.

The Three Hundred doesn't have features to compliment the hardware. Being able to route and manage the cables is also pretty much non exiting. If that's the one you like, there's nothing wrong with that, but it doesn't have some things that something like this does.

I agree that 4GB Ram may be plenty, depending on your need and future plans. If the budget allows for it, 8GB may be ok since it costs less that way and better for the cpu, to have 2x4GB rather than 4x2GB. Consider a lower latency and/or 1600. 1600 is so close in cost, may as well get that.

The highest speed the Phenom II supports is 1333 megahertz for memory without overclocking. 4 gigabytes of DDR3 1333 memory is a good choice in my opinion.

For the price all around, DDR3 1600 is a better deal. The memory controller just defaults the 1333 because thats the highest JEDEC standard right now. If it was a big deal to AMD they would not allow the controllers X to be changed.
