A Video Problem Pls Help

When I start windows there is always that logo 'Intel Inside Pentium 4'
The color is uaually partially blue but it is in a blend of green and the plat panel display blinks 2x, There is this minor problem when I play World of Warcraft everytime when I alt tab for thottbot or WoW forum the graphic kinda mess up just a little like if my character logo i top left it turns partially black instead of a full colored face also a slight green line bordering the right panel. Also when I play A Yahoo! Music video at the same time the yahoo video is ALL green, And when I m only applying Yahoo! Music video the mouse blinks when i move and dissapears when I don't use it.
I called Compusa techspecs and I guess he, the reciever didn't know what was going on? I do have AGP and it matches?

Any suggestions or know what is going on with the graphic card?

Yeah its always a good thing to do. as soon as you get a new video card upgrade the drivers to the latest version. A brand new card comes with stock drivers so just remember that.

Its either your driver or your graphics card is damaged.
If its the driver try and reinstall it.
 
Everything is working fine now except one thing: The Intel Pentium 4 Logo that shows up on your screen on Windows startup... there is still that shade of green over it. This still disturbs me but other than thatI haven't found any other problems.
