A wireless headset for my PS3 AND my PC?

I am looking around and one does not seem to exist which baffles me in this day and age. I should not have to drop a few hundred bucks to have multiple headsets for multiple systems. I must be looking in the wrong places. Can someone help me out ?

I am looking to spend roughly 120 max
