can someone tell me which one is better overall? I bought the Deluxe m/b but i want to make sure i bought a good one

I've never seen or heard of an A8N SLI Ultra, but of the Premium or deluxe, the Premium is the better board. You should be fine with the Deluxe as well, as all are good motherboards in general.

Hey i compared PREMIUM and DELUXE and from what im seeing Deluxe has more feactures. for example Deluxe has Dual Channel Supported which Premium doesnt. Serial Communication. which Premium Doesnt, Game Port Premium Doesnt and some other stuff.

Can you tell me what makes you think the Premium is better ? is it cause of the price? because deluxe is only 3$ less
 
The Premiums is superior ... an neither board supports dual channel because the memory controller isnt on the motherboard. As for serial communication: good! it's about time that old ISA bus crap was dropped. The premium also doesnt have a flawed NB heatsink
