I don't see why they wouldn't... It's certinally less than a month old, and there's no signs of physical damage(as in broken parts) This would be a fairly easy fix, really, but I'd prefer not to void the warrenty.
I called eVGA first and they sounded like they'd replace it no problem, but suggested trying newegg first. I'm mailing the card back tommarow.
I think it might of been aginst my USB connection for the front USB ports, but still I wasn't forcing it so it shouldn't of come off as it did. I think it was just a weak solder point...
