about blank help!!!!!!!

somebody help.

no matter what i do i cant get rid of this about blank piece of @#$!.

ive tried spybot and ad aware but it keeps hi jackin my browser. it happens every time i go to check my mail or send mail. what do i have to do to get rid of it i cant take it anymore please help.

2. Tools ->Option
3. CHange the default page?

ive tried to do that also and it will switch itself back for some reason.
