about my screen

How can i fix the screen of the box to fit proper in it and how can i make the size smaller of the the other box?

sorry for the small size of the letters i wrote on the pic its says: the right pic : on the right side of the pic the screen is not fiting in the box thats the problem u can see that and i have alot others stuff that cant fit neither and the other pic on the left just ignore it
