About the Computer Windows software

Can anyone tell me that the advantages of using the Winows 7, and windows 7 got any program ? Thanks a lot!!
 
well windows 7 is the newest, and smoothest os yet, vista is a total miss although it looks good, xp performs well but in 2010 its long out of date and looks crap, windows 7 gives you the good performance coupled with the visual looks of vista, win 7 is also easier to navigate, easier to search for things, and has a cpl of nice new features like sticky notes for example, i personally wouldnt use anything except 7 now.
