I had seen one bought a USB 512MB ( Klingston ) but when plug into computer it shows 480MB and using after one time it decrease to 462 MB , what problem with it :confused:

You mean a USB flashdrive? (or jumpdrive, it has many names). I know this sounds wierd, and can very well be wrong, but do see if the deleted files are in the recycle bin of the drive, that's what happened to my portable harddrive. I deleted the files yet it still kept it in the "recycle bin".
 
yeah USB flash drive , it has recycle bin ? , i never see it before , always wonder where it is after deleting ???

Normally you only get 480 mb on a 512 mb memory stick because of the auto-run and other software which are hidden.

Is it decreasing from just plugging it in or are you putting files onto it? If just plugging in I would suggest you format/restore it.
 
If a computer resets when you plug something USB into it, that could mean a short in the USB connection or bad USB drivers. Try other USB ports. There's probably much less of a chance for a short on the built-in ports(IE rear ones) than the front case ones.
