Hey i guys i got video file that is 712Mb i want to burn it on cd and watch it on my dvd player but the problem is the cd is 700Mb how can i make it smaller and not lose quality.? any program? it doesnt matter if the program is free or not. i just need a program that i can do that. thanks.
