Im not sure what you mean, do you mean downgrade vista from DX10 to DX9?

Vista has DX9.0L and DX10, so you can use DX9 cards and games just fine.

is not my vista though it is a ultimate vista and it doesn't have a DX9 and i cant downgrade or uninstall it, it has a right protected and its already a package on vista i even try using http://forums.e-games.com.ph/index.php?topic=29960.0 see this site for more info about my topic po

What exactly are you trying to run? Vista has its own version of DX9 that it uses for backwards compatibility with most DX9 cards, games, and software. If you cant get a certain game to work, most likely its one of the select few that dont work. And mostly the older games wont work on Vista, but some of them will.

Also, as far as I know you cant downgrade to DX9.0c, since its not compatible with Vista.
