AC Freezer 7: Preapplied MX-2 or AS5...?

Hi guys.

Just bought a AC Freezer 7 heatsink.... Should I use the preapplied MX-2 or some AS5 that I have?

I've googled this to very mixed reviews, so even if they are taken as equal is it better to apply it myself or use the preapplied stuff?

The pre-applied is okay,although when i had that cooler i found that i got better temps wiping the MX-2 they put on and apply my own freshly.

Btw theres MX-3 Thermal Compound out now,soppose to be better they say ;)
