accessing files help please

Hello guys, I am trying to access some files that are in a folder on a second partition from my O.S.. I have never had a problem accessing them before. Alos, this folder is one of a few folders that wont let me access the files inside. I can open the folder, but I cant open programs that are inside. Its a folder that has mostly software in it that I put there, so that I dont have to keep finding a disc every time I format. Could someone please help?

I think that it is the problem of permissions. Could you write error text here? May be you should change owner of the folder and then select Allow-Full Control permission.

Thanks for your help. It definately has something to do with ownership, but how can I change it. I attached a picture of the error. If someone can help that would be great.

Right click>Properties>Premissions (or something like that)
